1000 Places To See Before You Die

1000 places to see before you die.jpg

I bought myself this book on amazon.

It’s basically a list for people who want to travel and don’t know what to see next or if they know they’re heading to one destination and want to see what else they might discover on that trip. So you can either use it as a help for traveling or that you actually want to try to see all of these places. Read more!

When you travel, remember that a foreign country is not designed to make you comfortable. It is designed to make its own people comfortable. – Clifton Fadiman

Sebastian Fitzeks Books

So, I couldn’t come up with enough to write about each of Sebastian Fitzeks books for a whole interesting post every time! As I love them I wanted to write about them though, so I thought that I would write one post about all his books and update it regularly when new ones come along or rather when I read a new one!

I started reading Fitzeks books a couple of years ago when a friend of mine didn’t like one of his books so we swapped hers (Splinter) with a book of mine by another author and I really liked it! It was hard to understand sometimes but well written and from that book on I wanted to read all of Sebastian Fitzeks books! I think that his writing style is really powerful, his books are scary and challenging and that’s exactly what I find so interesting!

One thing I LOVE, is that when the books are released first you can get one of a selected number of signed books on Sebastian Fitzeks homepage directly. There is also an English version of the website, which is a bit behind though, as the English versions of the books are released a while after the German version.  You can also send your book to his office with a stamp and an envelope and get a signature. I wish more authors would do that! Read more!

Würzburg, Germany

We went to Würzburg last weekend and also went to the residence in town. We didn’t make a residence tour but a tour of the wine cellar, which was very interesting.

At first, because we had time, we had a walk through the park which is part of the residence. Although the current weather it was very nice, in summer however the park is full with flowers and really relaxing! (I’ve been there years ago) Read more!

I always wonder why birds stay in the same place when they can fly anywhere on earth. Then I ask myself the same question. – Harun Yahya

March ’17 Favourites

Favourite Food: Crispy Parmesan Potatoes

This recipe is so easy that it seems not even worth mentioning, but I’m usually more of a pasta person rather than potatoes, that for me this is special! I love these potatoes so much, I made them every week during the last month!

Favourite Book: Nicholas Sparks – The Longest Ride

I started The Longest Ride this month, and I’m not very far along yet, but I watched the movie a while ago so I’m excited about reading the book!

Book Series #4 – Rosemary Beach Series

I started the series ‘Rosemary Beach’ by Abbi Glines a couple of years ago. I read the first book ‘Rush of Love’, because a friend of mine had it. I actually read it in one day and really liked it. I wanted to read the next ones, too. That was at the time when there had only been 2 books published and one more was announced. Currently there are 14 published books and one only available as eBook of which I have read 11. Read more!
